Mr. W.M. Gould At Work
BILL GOULD helped many companies with thier advertising & design solutions. He also created many business and custom fine art pieces for thier home and office decor.
Bill Gould's career in the arts spanned over 30 years and was highlighted with awards of achievement. Gould began his art career with three summer scholarships to St. Francis Art School in Lafayette Indiana. In 1962, he graduated one of the top five students from Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida.
While still a student, Gould was selected to work with the judges at the prestigious International South Coast Show. His first oil painting was honored with a lengthy review in the Lafayette Journal & Courier newspaper.
With a background in portraiture, Gould painted several important corporate executives, including the Executive Vice President of McDonald's Corp., Midas Muffler Corp., and United Food Service, Inc. He also designed and produced their annual reports.
Gould was been honored for his work in commercial and fine art, and has received a number of awards including:
Gould, known for his innovative graphic design concepts and versatile painting styles, continued his fine art education through the years. He studied at The Chicago Art Workshop, workshops with portrait master John Howard Sundan and classes with prominent instructors at the Art Institute of Chicago. Member of the Midwest Pastel Society.
His logos, graphic and package designs include small and large businesses, banks, food & beverage companies. His food and beverage designs are in stores nationwide.

In 1993, Gould relocated to Scottsdale, AZ. from Chicago where he operated his own Advertising and Art Firm for over twenty years. After moving to Scottsdale, he participated in juried art shows and private corporate shows throughout the southwest. Gould was selected to do a contemporary painting demo at a Scottsdale Art Show with Hugh Downs of the Television new magazine 20/20.
His contemporary and traditional paintings were featured at the Southwest Art Gallery and Century 21 Home Art Division. Gould's paintings are in private and corporate collections all over the world: New York, California, Chicago, Canada, Aspen, Australia, Paris and Nigeria Africa. He continued his Advertising & Design, primarily Package Design and custom art for the home.
